Sunday 10.30am at St James

This informal service is a mixture of traditional and modern worship and lasts about an hour. Children are encouraged to take part in our worship and have their own groups on alternate weeks. We share Holy Communion together twice a month. Refreshments are served after the service.

Godly Play at St James
The 4th Sunday of the month at 10:30

These fun sessions are for primary School children, from reception to year 6 and they run at the same time as the Sunday service on the 4th Sunday of each month. The children attend the group whilst the person who has brought them attends the service.  However, if any child feels that they need to have someone with them whilst they settle in, the person bringing them would be welcome to stay with them.  The aim of the sessions is to enable children to grow in faith and experience their own relationship with God. The children will watch the telling of a bible story using Godly Play, following this they will have the opportunity to respond through imaginative play, art and craft, returning to their family in church to share in Holy Communion.
